In 2010, Angee Hastings found her forever dojo home at Ingram’s Pro Karate, where she continues to train, compete, and coach with passion and purpose.

She holds a Yon Dan (4th-degree black belt) in Isshinryu Karate and a Ni Dan (2nd-degree black belt) in Tokushinryu Kobudo.

A seasoned national and international competitor, Angee! is a seven-time AAU National Karate Team member, with experience competing in world championships across the globe.   In 2023, she brought home double gold in short and long Kobudo at the WUKF World Championships. The following year, she claimed gold in kumite at the 2024 IWKA World and has captured multiple national titles in kumite and kobudo in the women’s Senior Division through the AAU.

She has also served as a referee at AAU Nationals for six years.

Starting her martial arts journey close to age 40, Angee! is a strong believer that “it’s never too late.” Her greatest joy comes from coaching and mentoring her fellow Ingram’s Karate competition teammates—encouraged and inspired by their drive, resilience, and personal growth.
