Sensei Lidiana “Liddy” Diaz is a dynamic and driven Isshinryu Karate instructor who embodies focus, leadership, and resilience both on and off the mat. In just five years, she has earned her black belt, won multiple tournament championships in kata, kobudo, and kumite, and become a respected sensei within the martial arts community.

A natural leader, Sensei Liddy brings energy, discipline, and encouragement to every class she teaches. Her rapid success in karate reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire those around her—qualities she also demonstrates as a successful entrepreneur and dedicated homeschooling mother.

Balancing family, business, and martial arts, Sensei Liddy is passionate about empowering others—especially women and young people—to see that with the right mindset, anything is possible. She fosters a welcoming and empowering environment where students of all ages build confidence, strength, and respect through the art of Isshinryu Karate.
