Old-School P.E. (K–12)

Students will develop:
• Coordination
• Endurance
• Teamwork
• Sportsmanship
Schedule:
• Tuesday – New Port Richey
• Monday – Carrollwood
⸻
Karate (K–12)
Rooted in the legacy of our dojo, karate focuses on discipline, respect, focus, and self-control while building strength and confidence. Students will learn stances, strikes, blocks, and character-building principles. Instruction is differentiated by age and skill level.
Schedule:

⸻
These electives are designed to complement the academic day by developing the whole child — physically, mentally, and socially — while keeping movement, structure, and fun a priority.
