If you're thinking about registering for the 2024 competitive season now is the time! We have opened up registration in our app so that you can quickly and easily get registered in time for practices to begin.
If you're a first-time athlete and 2024 will be your first competitive season, your practices will begin in October.
This flyer shows the dates and locations of the events for the 2024 season as well as the information about when you will have your weekly practices. You can scan the QR code at the bottom of the image to register.
If you're a returning athlete your practices will begin in November, but NOW is the time to get serious about your attendance in class and amp up your physical conditioning.
Competition is great for all ranks and ages. Young children to adults and everyone in between can find success in the competition arena. We believe it's great to start when you're a beginner so that you can be a first-time athlete and compete against other first-time athletes who are also learning as they go. If you're a more advanced student, don't worry, we have had students who began at the green belt, brown belt, and even black belt level; we're certain that through our team practice training you'll be ready to begin the season with the first event in January.
There's never been a better time to get started in competitive karate.
If you have questions about competitive team, be sure and ask your sensei! We have a great time, build lasting friendships, train hard, and work toward achieving goals all while representing our dojo and our style; it's great fun and a productive way to rejuvenate your training.
