Fitness class

 

 

This class is designed for adults of all fitness levels!

We combine aerobic training with core strengthening exercises for the ultimate in physical fitness!

The class meets on on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at our Carrollwood location.
