24 Oct Effort at School Matters
Karate is a great platform to introduce positive habits like respect, hard work, personal responsibility, and self discipline; all of the great attributes that parents and teachers at school work so hard to instill in students from a young age. At Ingram’s, we believe it is important to continue that culture of excellence even further. That is why we encourage every student to bring their report card to us so that we can have an opportunity to be involved in the growth and development of our karate students.
When kids know that the important people in their lives put a high value on effort at school, it makes them begin to realize just how important it is to try their best. That’s why any student who brings their report card to their sensei will receive a karate dollar. Students who receive straight A’s (or straight E’s depending on the child’s grade level) will be rewarded with with 2 karate dollars.
Join us to help reinforce good habits in school, encourage your child to bring their report card to their sensei!
