We now have Tai Chi classes! Our Tai Chi program is taught by Mary Caceres, CNHP (Certified Natural Health Professional). She has years of training in this field and is a Reiki Master, Certified Tai Chi and QiGong instructor, and has been educated in numerous forms of QiGong. She personally practices Tai Chi, QiGong and Karate because of the benefits she receives. She is passionate about her instruction and she loves people. Her style of teaching is relaxed, yet powerful. Each class is a combination of warm up exercises, QiGong, and Tai Chi - all based upon the principles of Tai Chi for health. Beautiful, relaxing music plays in the background, while gently fragrant candles flicker in the foreground. If you are looking to reduce the effects that stress has upon your life, improve flexibility and balance, or want a new feeling of general "Well Being", escape with us into the wonderful world of Tai Chi. Tai Chi classes are held at the Dojo every Monday 6:20-7:05 pm and Wednesday 6:45-7:30 pm. |
